Webchat Identity Verification
Endpoints for working with Webchat Identity Verification resources in klink.cloud. All requests are authenticated with your API token — see Authentication.
- GET/api/v1/webchat/channels/{channelId}/identity-verification
Get identity verification settings
Returns whether a secret is configured and which verification rules are active. The secret itself is never returned by this endpoint.
- PUT/api/v1/webchat/channels/{channelId}/identity-verification
Update identity verification settings
Turn verification rules on or off. Send
enforce,requireToken, or both. Fields you leave out keep their current value. - POST/api/v1/webchat/channels/{channelId}/identity-verification/secret
Create or rotate the identity secret
Creates the channel's identity secret, or replaces it if one exists.
